First time visitor - I enjoyed my experience. As soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed, encouraged to seat myself, was told of the daily specials (reduced price) and that their sausage was homemade. My breakfast was good and even better than good...the large hand shaped sausage patty was really good...excellent. My waitress was cordial and prompt. I waited no more than 5 minutes for my meal. Eager to come and visit again.

First time visit. Good food, large portions, friendly staff. Did take a VERY long time to get served, but was given a discount on bill to compensate. Liver and onions is superb, but do not order the dressing, gooey and pasty looking and tasting.

David and Jenny have done a great job in carrying on the quality service, good food and value that Doug and Linda presented to the community for over 2 decades. Jenny's home made baked goods are amazing and the menu is diverse, food delicious and affordable! Check this place out, you'll be glad you stopped!

Pioneer has changed and is now Rivers Edge. They are still undergoing construction. I like the new menu however my steak was very fatty and had that grisly membranes through it. Hubby's medium well was quite pink! Prices are quite reasonable. We will give it another try.
